|ES| CLAN MISSION STATEMENT


|ES| Elite Soldiers Clan was created in March 2001 as a multi-gaming clan of highly skilled gamers. The mission of the Clan is to play at the elite level, improve ourselves, improve the Clan and develop a community of clanmates and friends. Elite Soldiers train hard and play hard to improve their skills so that the Clan will always have an organized, highly skilled force of members for clan gaming, public gaming and amateur or semi/professional competition. Elite Soldiers work to improve themselves and the Clan, and have fun gaming with clanmates and friends.

|ES| CODE OF CONDUCT


CHEATING / EXPLOITS / PERFORMANCE MODS

Any member caught using illegal cheats, exploits or performance mods will be kicked from the clan and banned from |ES| servers and websites.


ACTIVITY

All members are required to play on |ES| servers regularly and participate in clan activities. Active members will be given priority over less active or inactive members


DEDICATION

All members are required to wear the |ES| clan tag on all gaming related profiles. All members are required to support and defend the clan. Treason against |ES| will result in immediate termination of membership. Members are not allowed to be members of other clans or teams that conflict with an |ES| Division or Game unless approved by a |LDR| in advance.


DISCIPLINE

All members are required to follow the |ES| chain of command. Failure to do so will result in immediate disciplinary action. Clan tags, Rank tags and medals can only be issued by, or with the advance approval of, a |LDR|.


HONOR

All members are required to behave in a manner that will not reflect badly upon the reputation of |ES| and to treat all others with respect. Disrespectful or offensive language is not permitted.


RECRUITING / TERMINATION

Recruiting standards must be approved by a |LDR|. Membership in the clan must be approved by a |LDR| before an applicant can be recruited or tagged. Termination of membership must be approved by a |LDR| in advance.


COMMUNICATION

All members are required to use Ventrilo, a microphone and xfire when online and gaming. irc and other IMs are optional.


|ES| SERVERS

All members are required to follow the rules set by the |ES| Admin. |ES| Admins are authorized to kick or ban clan members and other gamers from servers for violating clan and/or server rules. Members who have been banned from servers must meet with their Division Leader and a |LDR| to request to be un-banned.


|ES| DONATIONS

Members who donate to the |ES| Clan Server Fund are eligible for server and website Admin rights. All requests for Admin rights are subject to review and approval of the Council and |LDR|.
